Scope of Consent. This Electronic Consent (E-Consent) governs all online interactions between you and the third-party lender or lending partner, including those conducted on any mobile device, such as phones, smartphones, and tablets. By consenting to this E-Consent, you agree to receive electronic communications and process your information online. This includes electronic notices related to the lender or lending partner's interactions and transactions. Additionally, Disclosures may be made available online at our website, or the third-party lender or lending partner's website, and may also be sent to you via email.

Consenting to Do Business Electronically. Before you agree to conduct electronic transactions with the third-party lenders or lending partners, please ensure that you have the necessary hardware and software capabilities to access and interact with our electronic systems. This includes the ability to view, print, and save documents, as well as send and receive electronic communications.

Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain the Disclosures electronically, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- A PC or MAC compatible computer or other device with internet access
- An email account
- A web browser that supports at least 128-bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Mozilla Firefox
- A PDF file reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader X or Foxit, to view some documents - You will also need a printer or a long-term storage device, such as your computer's disk drive, to retain a copy of the disclosures for future reference

Withdrawing Consent. Your electronic consent to our service and to the review of your request by our third-party lenders or lending partners is a one-time transaction and cannot be withdrawn. However, if you are connected with one or more third-party lenders or lending partners, you can withdraw your consent with them at any time and at no additional cost.
Please note that if you withdraw your consent before receiving credit, it may prevent you from obtaining credit from the lender or lending partner. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact the third-party lender or lending partner directly.
It is important to note that withdrawing your consent will not affect the legal validity, effectiveness, and enforceability of prior electronic disclosures.

Change to Your Contact Information. To ensure that you receive important communications and updates from our third-party lenders or lending partners, please keep your electronic address and mailing address up to date. You can update your contact information by:
- Logging into the third-party lender's or lending partner's website
- Sending a written update to the lender or lending partner by mail
Please notify us of any changes to your electronic address or mailing address so that we can forward your updates to the relevant parties.
